• Your name, email, job title, and company when you submit the form
• Any responsibilities you voluntarily share to personalise your report
• Payment details — processed securely by our payment provider, never stored by us

How we use it

• To generate and deliver your report
• To email you your report and access link
• To send a discount code if you requested one

We do not sell your data. We do not use it for advertising.

How long we keep it

Your report is stored for 35 days then automatically deleted. Your purchase record is kept for up to 12 months for support purposes.

Your rights

You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@aicareerarchitect.com.
